CruiseGrid

Terms of Service

Last updated May 24, 2026

By using CruiseGrid you agree to the terms below. They're meant to be read.

What CruiseGrid is

CruiseGridis a search engine for cruise sailings. We index pricing and itinerary data from cruise line public catalogs and let you search across them. We are not a cruise line, a travel agency, or a tour operator. We do not sell cruises, take payments, or issue tickets. Bookings happen on the cruise line's own website after you click an outbound link.

Acceptable use

  • You may use CruiseGrid for personal, non-commercial trip planning, and to navigate to the cruise lines we link to.
  • Do not scrape, mirror, or republish our search results. The underlying data comes from the cruise lines; build your own pipeline if you want your own copy.
  • Do not abuse the service — automated traffic, denial-of-service attempts, or attempts to interfere with normal operation are prohibited.

Pricing and availability are not guaranteed

Cruise pricing and inventory change constantly. Our data comes from scheduled crawls of the cruise lines' public catalogs and can be out of date by minutes to hours. The only authoritative price is the one the cruise line shows at the moment you book. We try to be accurate and surface a freshness indicator on each result, but we make no guarantees and are not responsible for differences between what you see here and what the cruise line ultimately charges.

Affiliate links and disclosure

Outbound “View sailing” links are affiliate links. If you book after clicking one, the cruise line pays CruiseGrid a commission at no extra cost to you. We disclose this relationship in our Privacy Policy and on every outbound CTA. Commission rates do not influence search rankings.

Third-party services and cruise line terms

When you click through to a cruise line's website, their terms, cancellation rules, and privacy policy apply — not ours. Read them before you book. Cruise contracts of carriage typically have strict rules around payment deadlines, change fees, and dispute resolution.

Intellectual property

The CruiseGrid brand, design, and original written content on this site are ours. Cruise line names, ship names, logos, and itinerary descriptions belong to their respective owners and are referenced here nominatively to identify the products they describe.

No warranty

CruiseGridis provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of pricing or itinerary data, or uninterrupted availability of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CruiseGrid and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site — including but not limited to lost trips, missed deadlines, price differences, or any decision you made based on data shown here. Your sole remedy if you are unhappy with the service is to stop using it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CruiseGrid harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user we believe is abusing the service, with or without notice. You can stop using CruiseGridat any time — there's nothing to cancel.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll bump the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CruiseGrid is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.
