Things worth emailing about
- A sailing looks wrong.Dates, prices, or itinerary stops that don't match the cruise line's site. Include the
/cruise/<id>URL so we can dig in fast. - A cruise line is missing.Tell us which one and where you usually look at their inventory — we'll add it when their backend is reachable.
- Affiliate or partnership inquiries. Cruise lines, host agencies, and travel bloggers — get in touch.
- Privacy or data requests. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect; reach out for any request.
- Press. Happy to talk about why date-window search is the cruise UX nobody else got right.
Things we cannot help with
- Booking changes.We don't sell cruises and have no access to your reservation. Contact the cruise line directly using the booking confirmation they sent you.
- Refunds and cancellations. Same — the cruise line owns the contract; we just helped you find the sailing.
- Onboard issues.Reach the cruise line's guest-services team.
